Green building is a catch-all phrase used to describe environment friendly construction and design while minimizing impact to our environment.

This is an important consideration as fossil fuel prices skyrocket and all of the costs to operate your home increases.

Green building is moving more mainstream as the demand and cost increases for construction products and materials. Techniques that minimize waste, improve air and water quality, improve the quality of life, increase energy efficiency and protect the environment have become foremost in the minds of many people seeking custom constructed homes.

The Florida Green Building Coalition certifies our homes as green homes. Our homes have Florida Friendly yards and are so certified by the Florida Extension service.
