About Us

Cornerstone is a family owned company and has been continuously in the custom home on your lot home building and remodeling business since 1984. We are based in Hillsborough County Florida.

Steve Bronstein, President, is a Certified Class “A” General Contractor and home designer. He has been building and drawing homes using Autocad since 1981. Dating back to 1972, he also has substantial experience in residential and commercial construction workout and completion.

Dava Bronstein is a Registered Interior Designer. She graduated from the International Academy of Merchandising and Design first in her class and Magna Cum Laude.

Mike Kildow, Vice President, is also a Certified Class “A” General Contractor. He has substantial commercial and residential experience and supervises our field operations and is certified in green construction.
