We are a family company and for over 25 years, the members of our company, Cornerstone Homes & Design, have provided new home construction, remodeling, additions and water front (flood zone) design and construction in Hillsborough and Manatee Counties, Tampa and Brandon. Collectivly we have over 98 years of residential construction expierence. All of us are fully licensed professionals.

Our sevices include complete plan preparation and design, green construction, interior design services, and on site construction supervision.

For both new homes, additions and remodeling we provide 3D design services, construction plans and engineering for permitting. All selections are through our licensed interior designer, to insure color and finish coordination, the best products, and value.
